1、产品概述 Product Description

臭氧分解催化剂以泡沫陶瓷或者γ活性氧化铝为载体，采用独特的稀土助剂及过渡金属配方制备，具有分解能力高、耐湿性能强、使用寿命长等技术特点。广泛应用于家用电器、复印、印刷、精细化学品的合成及自来水、废水的处理等臭氧源头领域。如印刷厂、臭氧型杀菌消毒水机（净水器等）、自来水厂臭氧消毒系统、臭氧型灭菌室、医用消毒柜、城市小区采用了臭氧处理管道直饮水系统、采用臭氧杀菌的医院、化工厂的污水处理系统、有高压放电工艺的生产车间等。

泡沫型臭氧分解催化剂适用于印刷厂等高压放电生产车间的大风量尾气处理，也适合高浓度臭氧分解的前端处理；条型臭氧分解催化剂适用于低风量臭氧分解处理及臭氧分解的末端处理。

Ozone decomposition catalyst takes foamed ceramic honeycomb or γ type activated alumina as carrier, carrying specific rare earth auxiliaries and transition metal which performs excellent on decomposition capacity, moisture resistance, service life and other technical features.

Ozone decomposition catalyst has been widely used in electric equipment industry, printing industry, fine chemical synthesis industry, water purification industry and other industries producing ozone, for example, printing plants, water purifiers, ozone disinfection system of waterworks, ozone sterilizer, sewage disposal system of chemical plants and plants with high voltage discharge process.

Ozone decomposition catalyst of foam type is suitable for treatment of exhaust gas with large amount of high voltage process in printing plants, also it is suitable for pretreatment of high concentration of ozone decomposition; while strip ozone decomposition catalyst is suitable for small amount exhaust gas and end stage treatment.
